We got caught in a couple of really big earthquakes, for starters-- back when the city was still being built. And that voice said they weren't natural ones.

I kinda sorta took out some debris to clear a path, but then things got a little wonky with the code... aaaaand then when the next quake happened, the debris hit me in the head.
