I dunno! [Ruby lifts her head from the table at that, gesturing with wide gestures as she speaks.] It was really weird, I was dreaming of these forests and mountains, and they weren't anywhere I've ever been before, even our little trip. Nothing like it!

But I can remember it really clearly.

Weird... it wasn't like the forests from home, then? And there weren't like crazy-giant corgis trampling people?

Nope, there weren't any crazy-giant corgis at all. There wasn't any food falling from the sky or anything either! [you know, dream stuff.]

But it all felt really familiar somehow anyway, even though I've never seen any of it before in my life. Weird, right?

Only a little. I've never heard of having nice, scenic dreams before.

[ And that it seemed familiar... but here, sis, she's bringing over your toast now, liberally smeared with strawberry jam. Over a dollop of butter, of course. ]

Well, it wasn't bad, and I feel a bit more awake already, but I kind of want to visit those places!
